结构色是一种环保且稳定的呈色方式,在新型显示、信息加密、色度传感、防伪标签等领域具有广泛的应用前景。打印技术是实现结构色快速图案化、发挥结构色功能的重要途径。2021年,结构色打印在原理突破、技术发展及功能拓展等方面均取得了重要进展。回顾了2021年结构色打印领域的研究热点和代表性成果,包括透明墨水的全彩结构色打印、胶体光子晶体的高性能结构色打印、介质材料的高分辨结构色打印和响应性材料的动态结构色打印等。
Structural color has attracted considerable scientific interest and industrial exploration in a wide range of technologies, such as next-generation display, healthy coating, chromaticity sensor, and anti-counterfeiting label. Printing as a facile way to pattern structural color is essential to achieve these advanced functions. In 2021, structural color printing made great breakthroughs in mechanisms, techniques, and functions. This article reviews the research hotspots and representative achievements in structural color printing including full-color printing with transparent ink, high-performance printing with colloidal photonic crystals, high-resolution printing with media materials, dynamic printing with responsive materials, etc.
