Abstract: As a green health care vegetable, Boussingaultia gracilis is planted in the southern region of China. The nutritional components, pharmacological effects, safety research, cultivation technique, and dietotherapy method of Boussingaultia gracilis are introduced. The related research indicates that Boussingaultia gracilis has the higher food and medical value. And how to reasonable exploitation and clarify its efficacy becomes an important research task.
