Simulation of vehicle colliding with steel guardrail based on LS-DYNA |

Abstract: In view of the fact that the collision test for the vehicle and the guardrail faces many problems such as it is difficult to conduct,it is costly and the data are not easy to obtain, based on the finite element code LS-DYNA, the actual impact test is simulated, with a simulation model of the vehicle and the guardrail. It is shown that the results of the simulation model test basically agree with those of the real vehicle test.
