Human Factors and Measurements in Coalmine Fatal Gas Explosion Accidents in China |
|
|
Abstract: This paper chooses 410 coalmine fatal gas explosion accidents in China during the 20-year period from 1980 to 2000 and makes a system decomposition and measurement to the unsafe behaviors that directly cause fatal gas explosion accidents, basing on the systematic study on the human factor rules of the causes of accidents; the Four View chart of the characteristics and unsafe behavior rules of accidents is formed. The measurement and separation of the deliberate violation behaviors and management error behaviors, which are of different driving characteristics, offer us a brand-new view to further explore the unsafe behaviors of coalmine fatal gas explosion accidents and establish the research foundations.
