摘要

人造精子能携带单倍体基因组遗传信息，与卵细胞融合并发育成半克隆个体。从技术原理、主要发展历程及应用等方面对这一前沿性技术进行了阐述。

Abstract

The "artificial sperm" can carry the genetic information of a haploid genome, to fuse with an egg cell and to be developed into a semi clonal individual. In this paper, the technical principle, the main development process and the applications of this cutting-edge technology are reviewed.
