The peper analyzed hidden danger of reservoir silting of the Three Gorges Project: upgrading of flood damage at the river reach of Chongqing; the river delta erosion. And suggested the new strategies: desilting at high concantration in vertical and horizontal pipes at the dam area; the silt liquefaction starting of buried seeper penstock at the river reach of Chongqing.
