Abstract：The development of vegetable production and the situation of diseases and insects in China were introduced, and an overview on the development of the Integrated Pest Management(IPM) technology at home and abroad given. On the basis of analyzing the reasons of excessive residues of chemicals on harvested vegetables, it was considered that no-polluted vegetable production rely on healthy growth of plant. The concept of 'healthy cultivation' was also proposed in no-pollution vegetable production.
