Abstract:A new round of science and technology revolution is poised to start, which will trigger profound changes in the global automotive industry. Intelligent connected vehicles(ICVs) have become an important breakthrough in the transformation and upgrading of the automotive industry, and have attracted much attention. This paper reviews the background conditions and strategic choices of the development of China Germany ICVs, analyzes the main characteristics of the development of China Germany ICVs, and proposes that China and Germany should continue to deepen cooperation in industry management, key technologies, standards and regulations, test demonstration and other aspects to jointly promote the development of ICVs.
