Abstract：This paper brought forward the conceptual model of the social capital impacting on the mechanism of technological innovation and gained the relative data by questionnaire and empirical studies by SEM. At last, conclusion showed that the social capital influenced technological innovation. Among other things, enterprise's interior social capital is most important to technological innovation; the social capital of enterprise between government and university is the secondly, while study and development are the headsprings of enterprise knowledge creation.
