摘要

天文学是研究各种天体或天体系统的位置、运动、起源及演化的学科。回顾了2016年天文学领域的研究热点、重大进展和重大事件。盘点了人类首次探测到引力波、最亮超新星爆发、从超软X射线源发现相对论性高速喷流、发现最近行星及寻找“太阳系第九大行星”等研究进展;介绍了世界最大单口径射电望远镜落成、暗物质探测卫星“悟空”发射等重大事件。

Abstract

Astronomy is a science of the position, motion, origin and evolution of various celestial bodies or celestial bodies. This paper reviews the research hotspots, major progresses and significant events of astronomy in 2016. The contents include the first detection of gravitational waves, the brightest supernova discovered recently, planets, looking for "the ninth planet", and new astronomical instruments——FAST and DAMPE.
