美国国防高级研究计划局(DARPA)为保持美国领先的技术优势作出了卓越的贡献。DARPA在长期坚持创新的过程中,积累了丰富的成功经验。本文分析了DARPA技术创新的成功之道,从DARPA开展的技术创新活动探讨了颠覆性技术创新的规律。并探讨了DARPA技术创新存在的问题,指出了新形势下DARPA技术创新面临的挑战。
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has made a remarkable contribution to maintaining the leading technological advantage of the United States. The DARPA has accumulated a rich experience in the process of promoting innovation. This paper first analyzes the successful experience of DARPA's technological innovation, and explores the regularities of technological innovations of subversive nature based on the technological innovation of DARPA, as well as the existing problems. and the challenges facing the technological innovation in the new era. It is pointed out that the experience of the DARPA can be drawn, but not necessarily be duplicated.
