摘要

基于模型的系统工程(MBSE)已经在国内各行业得到重视并大力推进。通过分析MBSE的基础问题、探讨MBSE的实践范式,表明从MBSE的推进实践看,MBSE需要系统工程作为基础,而系统工程的基础是需求,系统工程应用依赖于流程,用好系统工程依托于SE能力体系,核心是系统思维。

Abstract

Model based sysytems engineering (MBSE) has been attached great importance to and vigorously promoted in various industries in China. From the perspective of MBSE promotion practice, MBSE needs systems engineering as its foundation while the foundation of systems engineering is the requirement. The application of systems engineering depends on procedures. Making good use of systems engineering depends on SE capability system, and the core of systems engineering is systemic thinking.
