中医针灸学有着不同于现代医学的特殊性，其基本概念均植根于传统中医理论。通过对针灸核心概念如经脉、腧穴、针刺、艾灸等的起源、发展、演化以诠释学与历史观的考察与分析，提出：针灸概念的产生均有其具象的身体结构基础或直观感受基础，不断发展为用以表达特定的人体体表刺激效应的抽象规律。
The basic concepts of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture are rooted in the traditional Chinese medicine theory and have special characteristics that are different from modern medicine. Based on an investigation and analysis of the origin, development and evolution of the core concepts of acupuncture and moxibustion, such as meridians, acupoints, acupuncture and moxibustion, this paper argues from a hermeneutics and history piont of view that the concept of acupuncture has its own physical structure foundation or intuitive basis and has evolved into an abstract law for expressing specific human body surface stimulating effects.
