矫形器是在患者生长发育结束之前，不通过手术对身体产生创伤的矫治脊柱侧弯最有效的方法。根据近2年来，在国家康复辅具研究中心辅具装配部就诊的脊柱侧弯患者的脊柱侧弯矫形器的临床应用情况，选取54名穿戴脊柱侧弯矫形器的患者进行矫正效果分析，总结脊柱侧弯矫形器在侧弯保守治疗中的临床应用效果。关键词脊柱侧弯矫形器；临床应用；临床效果
The orthosis is the most effective method to treat the scoliosis without causing trauma when the patient is still in the stage of growth and development. With the clinical application of the scoliosis orthotics in the National Research Center for Rehabilitation Technical Aids in the past two years, 54 patients wearing the scoliosis orthotics are selected to analyze the correction effect and the value of the clinical application of the scoliosis orthotics in the conservative treatment of the scoliosis.
