以创新谋竞争求发展越来越成为社会共识。作为国家治理体系和治理能力现代化建设的重要一员，科协组织迫切需要构建创新生态系统，实现新时代科协事业高质量发展。论述了创新生态系统构建的理论依据，以山东省科学技术协会为例，介绍了创新生态系统建构的实践探索，提出在迭代整合中不断完善创新生态系统重构，为企业、产业、区域乃至国家等层面构建创新生态系统提供理论支撑和实践参考。
With the wave of a new round of industrial revolution, innovation has evolved into multi-agent, cross-industry and cross-domain integrated innovation. In today's world, all professions and trades need innovation. Take the Shandong Association for Science and Technology's innovation ecosystem construction as an example, providing theoretical and practical value for the establishment of innovation ecosystems at the level of enterprises, industries, regions and even countries， through the exploration of practice practical aspects to pushing for solutions to key common technologies and problems of the development of the industrial clusters.
