摘要

提出了一种先整体定性分析、再分别定量分析的直升机装备顶层战技指标需求分析的工作流程。通过建立数个典型作战构想,承接军方关键需求。结合国防部体系架构框架(DoDAF)方法论进行构想分析,得到装备使用能力需求。引入用例思想,将能力按逻辑关联划分为多个用例,每一用例定义多个功能场景,力求覆盖装备的任务和使用环境,基于场景提取战技指标值,借助需求与使用场景的密切关联性和追溯性,提出了对客户和技术人员需求变更申请的快速响应工作流程。以一型假想的运输直升机为例,对流程做举例说明。

Abstract

A requirement analysis process characterized by first whole qualitative analysis then separate quantitative analysis is proposed. Several typical operational concepts are set up and military key requirements are defined by them. Through using the DoDAF framework to analyze the operational concepts, equipment operational capabilities requirements are obtained. The use case method is incorporated and the capabilities are separated into several use case teams. Each use case defines a few functional scenes, by which the missions and operational environments are covered and from which the tactical and technical performance requirements are all drawn. By means of the tracing relativity between requirements and scenes, an agile requirement change process for responding to customers and technical staff demands is proposed. A hypothetical transport helicopter is taken as an example to interpret the process.
