概述了整体伦理与制度伦理、 机构伦理的内涵。整体伦理是指一定时期、 一定范围内人们共同认可的伦理共识， 有赖于制度伦理的生成； 而制度伦理是伦理要求与实践的制度化与法律化的统一， 一般是由与制度相关的机构研究和制定的， 为机构提供合理的价值定位，是机构的灵魂。分析指出， 从个体德性向整体伦理的位势改变是当代伦理道德形态的一个基本特征， 是伦理实践范式的重要转变。最后提出， 制度伦理与机构伦理是当前伦理理论研究和伦理实践中重要而又迫切的课题， 对医学伦理和生命高新技术伦理尤其重要。

This paper discusses the connotations of the holistic ethics and the system ethics. The holistic ethics refers to the ethical consensus recognized in a certain period and a certain range, which depends on the generation of the system ethics. The system ethics is the systematization and the legalization of the ethical requirements and practices. It is generally studied and formulated by relevant institutions to provide reasonable value orientation for institutions as the soul of institutions. It is shown that the status change from the individual virtue to the holistic ethics is a basic feature of contemporary ethics and moral， and an important transformation of the ethical practice paradigm. The system ethics and the institutional ethics are important and urgent topics in current ethical theoretical research and ethical practice, especially for medical ethics and high biotechnology ethics.
