摘要

Web3.0是互联网发展的下一个重要阶段。中国“十四五”规划中提出要加快数字化发展,培育壮大区块链等新型产业生态,将Web3.0作为数字经济发展的重要目标。分析了Web3.0的发展和应用。探讨了中国发展Web3.0的机遇挑战、监管政策、发展路径,并提出加强技术研发、建立统一的技术标准、改善法律法规环境、强化风险管理等发展建议。

Abstract

Web 3.0 is the next important stage in the development of the Internet. China's 14th Five-Year Plan has proposed to accelerate digital development, cultivate and expand new industrial ecosystems such as blockchain, and take Web 3.0 as an important goal of the development of the digital economy. It is necessary to grasp the new opportunities of the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation and promote rapid and healthy development of relevant strategic emerging industries in China. This article analyzes the development and application of Web 3.0, such as digital payment, NFT, blockchain games, etc. At the same time, this paper discusses the risks, regulatory policies, development paths and suggestions for developing Web 3.0 in China.
