中国正在大力建设以国家公园为主体的自然保护区体系，然而，对于国家公园与国家自然保护区的保护力度与国际做法相反。对比分析了中、美两国在国家公园、国家自然保护区方面的差别，指出了中国在国家公园、国家自然保护区这两者概念认识与管理中存在的混乱，并提出了相应的建议。
China is vigorously building a system of nature reserves with national parks as the main body. However, the protection of national parks and national nature reserves is contrary to international practices. This paper compares and analyzes the differences between China and the United States in terms of national parks and national nature reserves, points out the confusion in concept understanding and management of national parks and national nature reserves in China, and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
