当前中国正积极推动产业结构转型,一批新兴产业正在出现与发展.在绝大多数新兴产业的发展过程中,科技创新都是撬动其发展的关键驱动力.但在新兴产业发展伊始,科技创新将面临成本、市场、政策等多方面的制约因素,而且很多问题有着新兴产业自身的特点,需要采取一些更加有针对性的政策措施以便早日克服这些问题.本文以可再生能源产业为例,分析中国新兴产业科技创新面临的困境及应对路径.
