摘要

现代生物力学经过近60年的不断发展,如今已成为生物医学工程重要的学科前沿交叉领域。本文回顾了21世纪以来国际生物力学研究领域主要进展和发展趋势,以及中国生物力学学科正在发展的力学生物学和生物力学建模分析、临床应用两大重点领域;展望了中国生物力学学科应重点关注的生命科学、现代医学、大健康工程和国防等四大领域;提出了促进中国生物力学学科在疾病力学生物学机制研究、生物力学设计与健康工程研究、特殊环境生物力学与力学生物学研究等方面发展的建议。

Abstract

After nearly 60-year continuous development, modern biomechanics is becoming an important frontier and interdisciplinary field of biomedical engineering. This paper reviews the worldwide key achievements and development trend of biomechanics, as well as domestic mechanobiology and biomechanical modeling and analysis and their clinical applicationssince the beginning of the new century. The development of biomechanics in China is expected to continue in four fields:life science, modern medicine, great health engineering and national defense. Three suggestions to the development of biomechanics in China are put forward, including the study on the mechanobiological mechanism of diseases, the study on the design of biomechanics and health engineering, and the study on the biomechanics and mechanobiology of special environment.
