人口老龄化已经成为世界各国、各地区社会经济发展面临的重要问题，中国已将积极应对人口老龄化上升为国家战略。梳理了中国老龄化问题与城市养老建筑设计发展趋势，分析了国外典型国家城市养老建筑设计经验与主要做法，针对积极老龄化对中国城市养老建筑设计新要求，基于绿色建筑理念，从优化绿色空间布局、深化绿色技术应用、强化绿色智慧运营等方面提出了城市养老建筑设计策略。
The aging of the population becomes an important issue for the socio-economic development in various countries and regions in the world, and China makes an active response to this problem in the level of the national strategy. This paper reviews the problems of the aging of the population in China and the development trend of the urban elderly care building design, along with the design experience and the main methods of the urban elderly care buildings in typical foreign countries, in response to the new requirements of the active aging with respect to the design of the urban elderly care buildings in China, based on the concept of the green buildings. The design strategy of the urban elderly care buildings is proposed from the aspects of optimizing the layout of the green space, and adopting the green technology and the green smart operation.
