2019年10月25日，国务院批复了《长三角生态绿色一体化发展示范区总体方案》，标志着长三角一体化发展国家战略正式进入施工期。从经济发展、自然环境和环境问题治理3个主要的维度，构建了绿色发展评价指标体系，旨在对长三角地区的绿色发展状况进行评价，并重点对标分析长三角生态绿色一体化发展示范区的绿色发展水平。为示范区长远更快更好的发展提出了6点有针对性、可操作性的建议：建立政府间的工作协调机制；统一环境管理标准，加强信息共享；发展绿色金融，助力绿色发展；建立产业转移利益诱导机制；通过生态产品价值转化，探索可持续的生态保护机制；加大推进技术进步的力度，强化科技创新支撑。
On October 25, 2019, the "Overall Plan of the Yangtze River Delta Eco-Green Integrated Development Demonstration Zone" was approved by the State Council, marking the initiation of the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta. In this paper, the green development of the Yangtze River Delta eco-green integrated development demonstration zone is appraised through an evaluation index system. Six suggestions are made for the demonstration zone: establish an inter-governmental coordination mechanism; unify environmental management standards and strengthen information sharing; develop green finance; establish a benefit-oriented industrial transfer mechanism; establish a mechanism for realizing the value of ecological products; and promote technological progress.
