Research Progress in Copper-tin Alloy Anode Materials for Lithium Ion Batteries

Abstract

Compared with the graphite anode materials, tin-based anode materials possess the advantages of high capacity and density, and are hopeful to be the best choice of anode materials for lithium ion batteries. Copper-tin alloy is one of the most extensively researched tin-based anode materials. This paper reviewed the recent progress in studies of copper-tin alloy anode materials for lithium ion batteries.
