RESEARCH ON BUSINESS PROCESS CHANGE MANAGEMENT MODEL |

Abstract: Intense competition forces many enterprises to confront the challenges of changes. As more organizations undertake Business Process Change (BPC) projects, the results of implementation are not satisfied. There are quite few companies that achieve management innovation through changes. The methods of implementing business process changes become a major concern. In this paper, the definition of business process change management, and the key success factors from literature review were explained. a model of business process change management from a systematical view was provided, and each factor influencing on change process was analyzed. Our research would be helpful to the implementation practitioners.
