Achievements, problems and suggestions on the construction of high-end scientific and technological innovation think tank of China Association for Science and Technology |

Abstract: This paper discusses the building of a high-end science and technology innovation think tank, with the National Academy of Innovation Strategy(NAIS,CAST) as an example, analyzes and explores the effective path for the China Association for Science and Technology to build the high-end science and technology innovation think tank. Based on the analysis of the achievements and problems of the China Association for Science and Technology in the construction of the high-end science and technology innovation think tanks in the past five years, the countermeasures and suggestions are proposed. It is shown that the construction of the high-end science and technology innovation think tanks of the China Association for Science and Technology should further clarify the mission and the positioning; strengthen the reform and the decentralization of the think tank institutions, optimize the operation mechanism of the science and technology innovation think tanks; better use the organizational advantages of the science association system, and enhance the influence of the science and technology innovation think tanks.
