Analysis on China's key and core technology innovation system construction from the perspective of on contradiction and on practice |

Abstract: The key technologies are of great importance to our country, which are of great significance to promote the highquality development of China's economy and safeguard national security. Although it has made brilliant achievements in science and technology development, there are still some problems at present, such as scattered but not refined about the scientific and technological research, extensive but not deeply on the scientific and technological innovations, many but not strongly of the scientific research subjects, stable but not active of the basic research, and fragmentary but not practical of the scientific and technological achievements. In view of the problems above, based on the theory of "On Contradiction" and "On Practice", this paper analyzes the principal contradiction in the construction of the key technology innovation system, and puts forward the management mode of scientific innovation-technological innovation-engineering innovation. And, it also puts forward some suggestions on the construction of the key technology innovation system from the aspects of top-level design, evaluation system, supervision method and credit record, in order to provide reference for the construction of the key technology innovation system.
