Finite Element Analysis on Sealing Rubber Material in Oil-well Bushing |
|
|
Abstract: The stress and strain distribution of sealing rubber material in oil-well bushing is calculated on famous nonlinear finite element software. The influences of load, friction coefficient, seal gap, seal height are calculated. The result shows that load, seal gap and seal height have influence on the maximum stress while friction coefficient has little influence on it. Based on these calculation results, the design of rubble seal equipment can be optimized.
