Abstract: The article divides the popular science industry into three different fields based on definition, namely, public good, standard public good and commerce business. It describes in detail the ten steps in the development of the popular science industry including two different models of micro and macro cosmic science. In addition, it also gives 18 suggestions on the industrialization of popular science.
