Abstract: Scientific research misconduct has presented a serious trend, and it becomes a common and concerned issue in all the countries. Thus, the western countries have made and revised policies and rules for scientific research misconduct, including defining, allegation, prevention and sanction, etc. All the rules and policies will do help to the work of our country.
