Study on HPLC Fingerprint of Ultramicro Fructus Evodiae |
|
|
Abstract: Objective: To determine the HPLC fingerprint of the Ultramicro Fructus Evodiae and to test its potent constituent content. Methods: Chromatographic column: Hypersil BDS C18(4.6 mm×200 mm, 5 μm). Mobile phase: acetonitrile -0.04% octane sulfuric acid sodium salt and 0.05% phosphoric acid in water in a gradient mode. Column temperature: 35℃. Flow rate: 1.0 ml?min-1. Wavelength: 225 nm. Results: The fingerprint of Ultramicro Fructus Evodiae was established and 20 common peaks were found in the fingerprint. Conclusion The methods and data can be used to control the quality of the Ultramicro Fructus Evodiae.
