The Technique Adopted in the HD Type Full-automatic Microscope Photometer |

Abstract: The main hardware technique adopted in HD type full-automatic microscope photometer and its effects are introduced. The accuracy for coal reflectance is improved by adopting 16 bits A/D conversion date capture with high speed, enhancing anti-disturbing technique and applying new type photoelectric transducer. The electron eyepiece and video window are introduced, which can substitute observation microscope operation. The problem affecting accuracy due to focus change during the automatic measurement is solved by focusing automatically. It is realized using mouse to complete all measurement operation by redefining the new multiply-key mouse function. Reflectance under different temperature is converted into standard state by automatic temperature calibration. The strict assessment method is designed and carried out.
