Abstract

Developed and published scientific programme aims to focus on the important fields of science, major issues ahead of the deployment of forward-looking, focusing on support, centralized research and development. This paper selected and reported 28 major science programmes below of international organizations, scientific and technological powers released and launched in 2013.
