With the development of intelligence in the civil aviation in mind, this paper analyzes the key factors affecting the future development of the civil aviation, the development trend of the international civil aviation, the development of intelligence in China civil aviation and the possible measures taken by the Civil Aviation Administration of China(CAAC), as well as the goal and the vision of China civil aviation.
