The Third Plenary Session of the 12th CPC Hangzhou Municipal Committee proposed to speed up the construction of a unique and wonderful world-famous city and build Hangzhou into a model city with strong transportation network. Guided by the outline of building a country with strong transportation network, we present an in-depth analysis of problems, trends, and the construction of Zhejiang model area, and put forward the "four strengthening demonstrations" for multilayered transportation, industrialized transportation, intensive transportation and credible transportation, and the "four leading demonstrations" for enchanting transportation, digitalized transportation, civilized transportation and secure transportation.
