Abstract

The technological progress of the electronic and electrical industry has led to an annual scrap rate of 3%~5%, and the proposal of the national dual carbon goal has brought new opportunities and challenges to the green disposal of waste. The study conducts a literature review of environmental load research in the field of recovery and recycling of life cycle evaluation of electrical and electronic products, and systematically sorts out the current research progress of end-of-life treatment methods for major electronic product wastes based on the perspective of the whole life cycle. The recycling method system of waste electronic and electrical appliances was sorted out. The various recycling methods of environmental load distribution were compared. The advantages and disadvantages and scope of application of recycling and circulation were analyzed and discussed. This study looked forward to the future direction of the development of the green and low-carbon technology of electronic and electrical products, so as to provide suggestions and support for the green and low-carbon transformation of the electronic and electrical industry.
