    The method of missile condition assessment is researched. Missile condition is classified into five types: excellent, good, middle, poor and fault. If one or more characteristic parameters are unqualified, the missile condition is directly judged to be fault. If all characteristic parameters are qualified, the missile is qualified. To the qualified missile, a model of missile condition assessment based on an improved evidence theory is developed and the condition degradation grading of missile could be obtained by synthesizing the condition of all analog monitoring parameters on the basis of assessing characteristic parameter conditions. In order to use evidence theory to deal with conflict assignments in the process of synthesizing characteristic parameters, evidence theory is improved by using subdividing global conflicts into local conflicts and assigning conflicts according to the weight of conflict elements on the basis of analyzing improved evidence theories at present. Finally, the experimental result validates the rationality of the improved method.

    Aiming at the effect on FOG (fiber optical gyro) SINS (strap-down inertial navigation system) caused by shock and vibration in the environment, shock isolation system was designed and analysed. The shock response spectrum was calculated based on the acceleration time-history measured in the shock environment by improved recursive formula and statistical estimate. Then, it was used to guide the parameters design of the shock isolation system. In order to verify the design result, transient dynamic analysis was proposed in ABAQUS. To simulate the shock environment, acceleration time-history was acquired through time-history waveform synthesis and it was used as the base motion in transient dynamic analysis. The result indicates that the shock suffered by the SINS with the designed shock isolation system was declined to an acceptable range, which means the designed shock isolation system was successful in the view of dynamics characteristics. It is significant for the engineering application of FOG SINS.

    For controlling the highway environment risk impact on urban and rural source of drinking water, pile K5+374 is taken as an example. It is an environmental engineering in drinking water protectionarea at the final completion and acceptance stage of the road engineering of secondary highway from Hengxian County to Binyang In this case, drinking water source risk prevention and environmental protection design and investment costs in bridge engineering are illustrated, and the effectiveness is analyzed at the meantime, aiming at providing reference and guidance to similar bridge project environmental impact assessment, environmental design and acceptance.

    Absorption of hydrogen in steel could lead to the loss of mechanical properties. The electrochemistry hydrogen permeation technology was used to study the hydrogen permeation of the X80 steel base metal and weld joint in Yingtan soil simulation solution under cathodic polarization potentials. The morphologies were observed by optical microscopy after hydrogen permeation experiments. The results show that the behavior of hydrogen diffusion in X80 steel depended on both the cathodic polarization potential and the microstructure. The hydrogen concentration and traps in X80 steel base metal and weld both increased with the cathodic potential moving negatively, which indicated hydrogen induced cracking(HIC) sensitivity increased. The HIC sensitivity of weld joint was higher than that of base metal. The hydrogen evolution reaction kinetics was different between base metal and weld when the cathodic potential was higher than-1000mV(SCE). The hydrogen bubble burst on the weld surface because of hydrogen pressure inside the metal exceeding the plastic limit. However, hydrogen concentration kept increasing in base metal when the cathodic potential reached-1200mV (SCE). The inhibition of acicular ferrite and pearlite on hydrogen diffusion in base meal was greater than coarse bainite in HAZ and proeutectoid ferrite in fusion line.

    The Mathew method and numerical simulation method were combined to determine the reasonable structural parameters of the stope in consideration of the deficiencies of the single application of Mathew method or numerical simulation method. The shape factor S could be determined through the identification of stability coefficient N combing the relationship between N and S in the stability chart. Furthermore, several programs of stope with the same shape factor S were put forward. The determination of reasonable stope structure parameters were made through the analysis of stress, displacement and shape of failure zone volume in different programs with numerical simulation of different program. This technology is proved to be of great instructive significance to mines in terms of the determination of reasonable stope structural parameters by the specific applications and analysis of site industrial test results.

    During the mining process of close-distance seams, the interaction between upper and down layers, the special layout of the roadway and the difficulty in supporting, the very quick succession of successive faces, the low production efficiency and other issues are plaguing the efficient coal mine safety production. The pitch of 9# and 10# thin coal seams of Huozhou Coal Electricity Xinzhi Coal Mine of Shanxi Coking Coal Group is only 1.71m, which is taken as the engineering background of our study of the close distance coal seams.Some relatively mature theory on the close-distance seams is used to calculate and analyze the alternate distance of 9# seam and 10# seam combination mining face. The FLAC3D software is used to simulate the stresses in 10# seam and 9# seam under the combination mining with different alternate distances. The result shows that, during the combination mining of Xinzhi Coal Mine 10# seam and 9# seam, the reasonable alternate distance should not be less than 35 m. The research results show how to improve the coal resource recovery ratio, and ensure the safe and efficient production of coal enterprises.

    Due to the fact that the conventional multiple attribute decision making methods used to solve the optimization of development system have many drawbacks, an optimization model of the development system is established in this paper based on the catastrophe optimization theory. Taking the development system of the Xinqiao Iron Mine from open-pit to underground as an example, a synthetic assessment model is established. During the evaluation process, many factors of the development system are taken into account, such as the economic and technical factors, the geological conditions, the ventilation and environment protection conditions. All evaluations are sorted by their importance as the first step and then a layered array of the evaluations is established. After that, the recursive calculation is made separately based on the catastrophe optimization theory. Then, the total function values for every method are obtained. The final function values in Xinqiao Iron Mine are 0.960, 0.976, 0.953 and the second model is shown to be the best.

    Based on archive materials, this paper studies the process of the preparation and the reasons and the influence of the stranding of the academician system in China from 1980 to 1981. The preparation of the academician system started from Hu Qiaomu's proposal and unfolded by Chinese Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and State Scientific and Technological Commission. Hu was the director of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the member of the CPC Central Committee. In 1980, under the promotion of Hu Qiaomu and Fang Yi and the arrangements of Qian Sanqiang, Yu Guangyuan and Wu Heng, and others, two documents were finalized. One is the Draft of Regulations of Academician System of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. The other is the Report on the Problems of Establishment of Academician System. The executive meeting of the State Council approved the report, prepared by the three units, on October 21, 1980. According to the academician system regulated by the preparatory work, the two academies planned to establish the lifelong and pure academic honorary academician system through electing outstanding scientists to establish real academic authority in China. But the plan was stranded in 1981. The main reason of this result is that many members of Chinese Academy of Sciences strongly opposed to carry out the academician system during the fourth meeting of members of the Academy in May, 1981. The reasons of their opposition were that the regulated academician system was not only radical and idealistic for them, but also in conflict with the system of the members of Chinese Academy of Sciences. The plan's stranding is one factor that the Chinese Academy of Sciences failed to establish parallel systems of the academician and the member of the Academy.

    Microbes including fungus and bacteria in confined and limited capsules of space station environmental control and life support system under microgravity mainly come from astronaut metabolic wastes(stool and urine) and domestic garbage. In addition, repeated purification and recycle of food, gas and water in closed ecological facility need certain microbes, which add to the amount and species of microbes in capsules. Meanwhile, the medium such as condensate and water waste creates good breeding ground for microbes, of which corrosive metabolite such as sulfuric acid, organic acid, sulfide and ammonia and so on, will deteriorate the corrosion environment. The biological effect of microbes under microgravity condition, the microbial corrosion behavior to space station material and microbial corrosion protection technology are reviewed. Meanwhile the effect of special space microgravity environment to the physiological and biochemical characters of microbes as well as the complex interaction process between materials and microbes are discussed. It is suggested that performing microbial corrosion experiment research on related materials, expliciting the formation process of biofilms as well as corresponding corrosion mechanism, and developing new antimicrobial protection material system, are important to guarantee the safety of space station environmental control and life support system. Finally, some suggestions are provided for the relevant research and the developments, which are expected in the future.

    Rumex varieties of ancient literature,clinical application and modern pharmacological research were reviewed in this article. It is found that less varieties of ancient documents and clinical application of Rumex exists, and they mainly focus on R. japonicus Houtt., R. obtusifolius L., R. nepalensis Spreng., and used for Hemostasis, anti-inflammatory, treatment of skin diseases. There are kinds of modern pharmacological researches, most of which are R. japonicus Houtt., Rumex patientia L. and then R. obtusifolius L., Rumex crispus L., R.nepalensis Spreng., and they can be used as antimicrobial, hemostasis, liver protection, hypoglycemic action, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, treatment of skin diseases. But the corresponding clinical application, and ancient literature on the pharmacological research are still not enough. Identification and labeling of varieties for clinical application of few single herbs and most of the compound preparations are still insufficient.

    Baby swimming pools are expanding rapidly. More and more citizens are concerned about the water environment quality of swimming pools as well as the health and security of infants swimming. According to the current situation of baby swimming pools, the key technologies of filteration and disinfection of existing water cycle treatment system were reviewed, such as sand filters, activated carbon filters, diatomite filters, membrane filtrations, and the usual disinfection equipments as well as several combined disinfection technologies. Combined with the needs of high water quality by infants' skin, the water treatment units and cycling ways of baby swimming pools should be designed according to the water features, while analyzing the proper key technologies used in each unit to ensure the safe, nontoxic and cleaning water quality, thereby, to build up an economical and easy to operate water cycle treatment system.
