    Local Analysis Prediction System (LAPS) is a useful tool that employs various observation data to generate meteorological meso-scale 3D information fields with high temporal and spatial resolutions. A strong convective weather, which had been happened in Xuzhou of Jiangsu Province on 5 June, 2009, was analyzed with LAPS data. The results indicate as follows: (1) When convection is happening, the atmosphere is in an unstable state. (2) A dynamic and unstable condition is the energy for the strong convective weather; abundant water vapor is of benefit to keep a strong convective state. (3) Both low layers convergence and high level divergence are helpful for the convective motion. (4) Also when convection is happening, updraft is extremely intense. (5) Precipitation distribution can distinguish precipitation area and hailstone area very well. Application results show that LAPS physical quantity fields possess good explanation application ability for a strong convective weather system, and they can clearly reflect the meso-scale characteristic in the strong convective system. By comparing with the observational data, it is found that the physical characteristics of LAPS are consistent with the actual weather conditions, and the LAPS data have many advantages in forecasting the meso-scale convection system.

    Jurassic in Hongche area is one of the important petroleum zones. The study on the sedimentary facies of Jurassic is a foundation work for exploration play. Based on microfacies of cores, also using the log information and seismic data, the main types of sedimentary facies of Jurassic in Hongche area have been indentified. They include alluvial fan, braid river, braid delta, lake, etc. Above all, the sandstone on the braided-river delta front and mudstone in shore-shallow lake are alternatively deposited on the oscillation background during the period of late Badaowan Formation and Sangonghe Formation which possesses the good source reservoir cap assemblages, hence they are the favorable facies zones for lithologic trap. Then the main seismic facies of Jurassic in Hongche area is studied; and on the basis of the analysis on middle basal level cycle, the planar distribution characters of sand groups are identified and the evolution history of Jurassic sedimentation in Hongche area is reconstructed. At last, the relationship between the sedimentary facies and lithologic trap is discussed and the favorable area for the Badaowan Formation and Sangonghe Formation sedimentary is pointed out.

    Changes of oil-gas physical and chemical properties affect the oil and gas migration direction based on the evolution of ancient hydrology. By taking Shahejie three sections in southern region of Huimin Depression as examples, crude oil density, viscosity, formation water salinity, water-based, and ionic composition parameters are used to study oil and gas migration and accumulation. On the whole plane, the study area of crude oil density, viscosity has the distribution characteristics of northwest high, southeast low; locally, there are one low part and four high parts. It reflects that crude oil density and viscosity increase with the migration distance; formation water salinity has the distribution characteristics that centers at Xiakou Fault zones and decreases along the north and south sides. High value zones of formation water salinity has relation with the oil and gas migration and accumulation of Xiakou Fault zone; formation water type and characteristics of plasma parameters reflect that have two oil and gas accumulation zones along with Xiakou Fault zone. They were Shuangfeng and a nose structure extended from Jiangjiadian to Wawu. Through analysis on the relationship between hydrocarbon migration and accumulation, based on the factors involving oil and gas sources, migration direction, and migration process, the oil and gas accumulation mode of the study area is divided into four types, namely, side sand body of near the source transport oil-gas mode, near-source mixing to the anti-"Z" shaped transport oil-gas mode, far-source mixing to the multi-level anti-"Z" shaped transport oil-gas mode, and far-source mixing to the ladder-like transport oil-gas mode.

    The large caves are important storage space in fractured reservoirs in Tarim oilfield. The formation mechanism of the caves is very complex, but their structure is relatively simple. The large caves are the foundations of a complex vuggy reservoir. Currently the main method of exploitation of such reservoirs is based on mining. In order to study the variation of the bottom hole pressure and the production rate under the elastic mining conditions, a simple theoretical analysis and some physical simulation experiments were conducted. The theoretical analysis and experimental simulations give consistent results, which indicates that the bottom hole pressure decreases exponentially. The exponent is related to the well head production control, oil and water volumes in the caves and compressibility. The oil well production also decreases exponentially with time, and the curve of the cumulative production vs. the cumulative drawdown pressure is linear. The slope can be interpreted as the cumulative fluid production per unit of pressure drawdown, which is only related with the oil and water volumes and compressibility, and by which the cave volume range can be estimated.

    Whether thermal condition of cylinder head is normal or not is one of important factors to evaluate Engine’s reliability performance. Based on infrared temperature measurement technology, the correlative rule of outer surface temperature field of cylinder head with working condition of engine was studied on one certain diesel engine. Combined with simulation calculation, characteristic temperature field distribution was developed on outer surface of cylinder head. The results showed, simulation values were well matched with experimental values. Under same structure and heat transfer condition of cylinder head, the thermal condition performance of engine can be described by outer surface temperature values, which provides a new gist for monitoring thermal condition of cylinder head on-line. Furthermore, applied infrared temperature measurement to engine has a widely foreground.

    In the recent years, the traffic condition becomes increasingly crowded in Chinese cities. Tail-crash and reverse-collision take place every now and then in the daily drive, which cause damages to a rear bumper or even the body of vehicle. A finite element model of one vehicle was established and the protective performance of the rear bumper in the vehicle was studied from the energy absorption and body protections for the vehicle under the condition of rear-end accidents with a low speed. As a result of the environmental protection and the energy conservation, automobile lightweight already became the tidal current of the world automobile develops. Under the condition guaranteed the safety performance of the vehicle, the automobile should work towards light weighed target improvement. According to the simulation results, the material used for the beams on the rear bumper were modified to high-tensile steel, which made the crashworthiness of rear bumper remarkable improved. The result indicates that the bumper system after modified not only satisfies the requirements of the collision law and regulation, but also makes the weight of the bumper system reduce by 45%.

    The actuality of model-vehicle garage is brifely introduced, and an intelligent model car with automatically garage function has been designed and implemented based on H8/3048F. The intelligent model-vehicle systeem mainly includes power module, road detecting module, speed detecting module, steering control module, and motor driving module. The machanical structure of the model-vehicle is particularly introduced. According to the information of track and garage detected by two rows photoelectric sensors in the front and rear, microcontroller estimates the car's current position, determines the running state, and controls motor speed and steering angle. The feature of steering with rear wheels is analysed. After the analyzation of the steering feature with rear wheels, it is found that the garaged out radium is bigger than that of garaged in. Based on the former theory analysis, a control strategy which includes speed controlling based on closed-loop PD and steering controlling with open-loop PWM is put forward. Experimental results show that the model vehicle based on the strategy runs quickly and smoothly with high responding speed and excellence anti-jamming capability, etc, and has certain reference and application value.

    Eighteen incompatible herbs and nineteen herbs of mutual antagonism, the incompatibility between the traditional Chinese medicines has had the history of thousands of years so far; whether eighteen incompatible herbs and nineteen herbs of mutual antagonism are incompatibility or not has become one of the hot spot of academia right now. "Drug Standard of Ministry of Public Health of the People's Republic of China-Chinese Patent Medicine" is an authoritative and statutory standard to identify the quality and variety of herbs and ensure safe and effective administration by Ministry of Public Health. According to statistics, there are 4052 kinds of Chinese Patent Medicines (CPMs) in "Drug Standard of Ministry of Public Health of the Peoples Republic of China-Chinese Patent Medicine", in which 43 CPMs contain eighteen incompatible herbs, 25 CPMs contain nineteen herbs of mutual antagonism, and three CPMs contain both eighteen incompatible herbs and nineteen herbs of mutual antagonism. The CPMs containing eighteen incompatible herbs and nineteen herbs of mutual antagonism are analyzed to offer some elicitation for promoting rational drug use in the clinic.

    If the rat model of diabetes-Akt2 gene knockout mice is homozygous (Akt2 (-/-)) for ovarian function and fertility, then it would be proved that Akt2 gene could affect ovary function and glucose and lipid metabolism. In the experiment, heterozygote (Akt2 (+/-)) of male and female mice is cross-breeding for 60 days, then weanling offspring have been given gene identification in order to select the wild-type (Akt2 (+/+)) and homozygous (Akt2 (-/-)) mice for breeding. As the son of second generation female, subjects are that observe body and fat weight, the estrous cycle, glucose, hormone changes, ovary, and ovary morphological changes. The results show that: (1) homozygous weight and body fat weight of the mice are compared with that of wild type, but no difference in statistics; (2) Akt2 (-/-) decline in fertility (P<0.05), the estrous cycle (P<0.05) is extended, the existence of abnormal ovarian function is promoted. (3) 0h and 2h, random blood glucose, fasting insulin and HOMA index, and homozygote are higher than that of wild-type (P<0.05); (4) Akt2 (-/-) serum 17-hydroxy progesterone (17-OHP), estradiol (E2), 17-OHP, E2 are increased; (5) for the lipid levels,, basic group of high-density lipoprotein (HDL), triglyeride (TG) (P<0.05) in homozygote are lower than that of wild-type. In conclusion, Akt2 gene can affect glucose metabolism and ovarian function, insulin which is a key signaling molecule regulation of glucose metabolism plays an important role in ovarian function.

    Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, located in the arid region, as the largest region in China, is characterized by rich radiation and sharp temperature variation between day and night. It is the largest region of table and wine grape production in China. Based on the climate data of 102 meteorological stations in the past 30 years(1979—2008), the viticultural climatic zoning in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is discussed and this region is zoned in this paper, by using the number of Frost Free Days as the first index, the Dryness Index (from April to September) as the secondary index and the mean lowest temperature below -15℃ as the tertiary index. The results show that the whole area of Xinjiang can be divided into an unsuitable region and a suitable region for viticulture, and the suitable region can be further divided into two high quality zones and two quality zones.

    The fractal self-similarities are divided into four types according to set characters. All examples of self-similarities ever seen in fractal numbers sets are ranged over type I, II, III, except type IV. It is discovered that a new set of ternary numbers is of the nature of type IV. The numbers set has the shape of three blades vane-wheel in 3D. Unnumbered sprouts are orderly arranged on the vane edges. An interesting phenomenon shows that there are two different kinds of self-similar subsets growing on the same branches of sprouts, which is just like two different kind of fruits growing on a tree. The subsets on the trunks of the branches are of Mandelbrot set shape, and the subsets on the tips of the branches are of the whole set shape. Both of them have their own ways to transmit self-similarity. The subsets of Mandelbrot set shape have subsets of Mandelbrot set shape. The subsets of the whole set shape have two kinds of self-similar subsets just like their mother sets; they obey different rules at different position. The trunk and the tip of each branch have a visible joint but a limit point. By comparing some fractal numbers sets with their shapes and number operating rules, it can be seen that little difference of the number operating rules make much difference in shape and mark difference in self-similarity property. And it infers that there probably exist self-similarity tendency in fractal numbers sets. With the definitions, the parameters and coordinates are given; there are 21 pictures to show 3D shapes of the whole set, the section images for two kinds of subsets, and complex structures of self-similarity at location.
