    The 21st century is a century in which the world's population is growing fast with the rapid economic development. Meanwhile, energy consumption is increasing and environment pollution is becoming more serious. Facing so stern situation, many countries have put forward the sustainable development strategy for long-term human survival, leading the boom ofgreen technology and renewable energy all around world. Topromote environment protection andconstruction of a sustainable energy system, as well asfurther accelerate China's modernization process, this article reviews the development history of green chemistry and the energy structure in China. Italsointroduces the connotations of green chemistry, their applications in chemical technology and the energy strategy in our country. Finally, it points out that the green chemistry and clean energy will be integrated to boost China's modernization.

    In recent years, new energy vehicles are growing fast in the world, being a major focus of R & D and application in leading automotive countries. In this paper, firstly, the strategic significance of developing new energy vehicles was expounded from energy conservation, industrial transformation and automotive power construction. Then we analyzed current situation and key problems in market, technology, policy, charging facilities, business model, etc. Based on the above analysis and forward-looking technology, we gave an outlook on the future development trend of electric vehicles, hybrid vehicles and fuel cell vehicles.

    Promoting urban green travel is an important starting point for China's taking a new road of urbanization, which would be essential to accelerate the construction of green transport system, mitigate traffic congestion, reduce urban traffic pollution, improve air quality, and realize the coordinated development of urban and transportation. In this paper, we described the definition and current situation of green travel in China, and conducted a detailed analysis of the opportunities and challenges facing our green travel. Combined with international experience, the paper ultimately provided the future development strategies, objectives and policy recommendations for green travel in future China.

    Rare and precious metals are indispensable and important strategic materials. To carry out researches on saving, value adding and recycling is the direction of technology development. In recent years, supported by the national science and technology plan, relevant research institutions in China carried out a lot of research and development, achieving a number of scientific research results. In this paper, the development status and trend of rare and precious metal technology in China and abroad are analyzed. The progress and achievements on rare and precious metal materials in China are introduced. Moreover, the technology focus in future development is prospected.

    With a great progress of China's coal chemical technology and demonstration projects, coal chemical industry is stepping in an upgrading way instead of the traditional way. During the period of "12th Five Year Plan", China has made great achievements in the development of new technology, new breakthroughs in core equipment, industrial planning and layout, demonstration project construction and operation of modern coal chemical industry, which contribute to the implementation of alternative feedstock and the protection of national energy security. In this process, fine chemical production of modern coal chemical downstream chain is to be the trend to solve the problems like similar products, less competitiveness, overcapacity brought by traditional ways. It can also improve the coal chemical industry energy conversion efficiency and resource comprehensive utilization. In this paper, we introduced and discussed the progress about coal to oil, coal to ethylene glycol, coal to natural gas and other key areas of technology in recent years. Also, we give some suggestions and thoughts about the development direction of high-end fine chemical in future.

    Nowadays, the regulation and protection of natural environment, such as groundwater, soil and air etc. becomes increasingly important with greater exploitation of oil and natural gas. This paper introduces the main monitoring methods including cross flow monitoring behind casing, pipeline leakage monitoring and air pollution monitoring in China and abroad, presenting the integrated management programs of environment monitoring, which provides a new method for environment monitoring technology in oil and gas exploration and production. The cross flow monitoring methods behind casing consist of well logging method, well test method and mechanical method. The pipeline leakage monitoring methods include differential input leak test, negative pressure wave method and realtime monitoring system. Air pollution monitoring methods include biological monitoring, spectrum analysis and comprehensive monitoring system. It also outlines new technologies of the three monitoring, including:1) nuclear monitoring and real-time monitoring in cross flow monitoring behind casing; 2) the model methods, MFL and Corrosion Theory in pipeline leakage monitoring; 3) and the comprehensive monitoring system in air pollution monitoring. Meanwhile, it was investigated that real-time down-hole monitoring, real-time pipeline leak monitoring system and intelligent integrated gas monitoring system will become the main development trend and focus in the future of oil and gas field.

    The paper specifies coal is akind of ascendant energy mineral resource in China, very important for the national economic and human life improvement. The problems of fire coal pollution have been addressed in multiple ways of cleaning and highly efficient utilization with scientific and economic feasibility. There are many wise options to reduce CO2 emission. Complete abandonment of coal is an unadvisable thought. Moreover, we put forward main development directions of clean coal utilization that need pay close attention to carry out in future China.

    Nanomaterial-based photocatalysis, a promising strategy for atmospheric air purification, has attracted increasingly more attention in recent years. Scientists are anticipating a new breach to prepare functional nanomaterials in large-scale for eliminating gas pollutants such as NOx, VOCs and HCHO with high efficiency. Moreover, the development and fabrication of air purification units and devices based on photocatalysis technology are highly emphasized. These efforts can contribute to the sustainable development of the wholeindustry. In this study, the new challenges and prospects for nanomaterial-based photocatalysis technology are discussed in detail.

    The research and application of varieties of smart sensors attract considerableattention as the smart life is coming. Smart sensors have powerful data processing capabilities beyond traditional sensors,providingmore comprehensive functions. This paper introduced the research status and the leading products of several common smart sensors, such as temperature sensors, pressure sensors, inertial sensors, bio-sensors and RFID. The key roleof smart sensors in the promising applications has been demonstrated, i.e., internet of things, virtual reality, robots, healthcare. Finally, the future developments of the smart sensors have been discussed.

    The "No.1 document" of central government in 2015 and 2016 claimed to speed up the development of herbivorous animal husbandry, which play an important role in construction of prataculture and animal husbandry. Based on the data analysis, we analyzed the development status and capacity of the herbivorous animal husbandry in the west region of China, pointing the problems that existed in the development process of herbivorous animal husbandry in farming areas, pasturing areas, farming and pasturing intercrossed areas. Furthermore, we provide in time, rational and scientific measures to the development of herbivorous animal husbandry in these areas.

    Soil and water resources are important material foundation for human life. The ecological service value of soil and water conservation measures have attracted considerable attention due to their great effects on ecosystem. This paper introduces the status of soil loss, dynamic changes, soil and water conservation in China. It analyzes the benefit of soil and water conservation and their ecological service value. We propose that soil and water conservation should maintain its fundamental role in soil erosion control, as well improve ecosystem service function in the future to achieve harmony between human and nature.

    Medicine originates from instinctive behavior and lives of animals are maintained by self-healing. We put forward the somatic stimulation as acupuncture from the perspective of biological evolution in that acupuncture is related to specific structures on the surface of human body:Skin stressor may induce keratinocytes to secrete glucocorticoid and other endocrine substances, to generate diffused bioeffects; Somatic inputs may stimulate pain control gate to produce analgesia; Somato-visceral afferents may integrate at different levels and activate multiple functional regulation.
