The food safety problem faced by a country is closely related to the level of its economic development. The country's food safety laws and regulations must match its economy development and continuous evolution of food safety problem. Taking China and the United States economic development as the main line and combining the highlighted characteristics of food safety problems in different development stages of the two countries, this paper combs and compares the food safety laws and regulations in China and the United States, so as to identify the common features of the evolution of food safety laws and regulations and to forecast the main food safety issues that China laws and regulations will face in future.

The establishment and maintenance of international standards and recommended practices (SARPs) are core aspect of international civil aviation organization (ICAO)'s mission. The research presents a systematic review of ICAO airworthiness related technical documents. Then, it gives a profound interpretation of Convention on International Civil Aviation and ICAO standards that documented in the Annex 8-airworthiness of aircraft, regarding Type Certification, Production, Certificate of Airworthiness, Continuing Airworthiness and Safety Management. And the differences and connections are identified in airworthiness between Annex 8 and Certification Procedures for Civil Aviation Products and Parts (CCAR-21-R4). Finally, the main upcoming revisions in the new edition of airworthiness of aircraft are clarified.

Construction of green ecological and high efficient modern agriculture in the Yellow Sea Granary

The Yellow sea coast, mainly located in Jiangsu province and parts of Shandong and Liaoning provinces, represents the largest area of coastal beach lands in China and holds a huge potential for exploitation of reserved arable land and marine resources. At present, China is implementing the strategy of "Blue Granary" in the ocean, but has paid less attention to the "Green Granary" in the Yellow sea's coast land. In this research, through on-the-spot investigations, we suggest that China should pay attention to the following aspects. Firstly, China should provide key supports for the construction of green ecological and high efficient modern agriculture in "Yellow Sea Granary". Secondly, China needs to strengthen breeding and demonstration and popularization of salt-tolerant rice varieties in coastal areas. Thirdly, China must strengthen the establishment of a technical system for cultivation of anti-stress varieties and disaster reduction in rice and wheat plant areas. Fourthly, China should create different modes of modern agriculture, aquaculture, industrial development, ecological development, leisure and health preservation, and tourism, so as to achieve green and coordinated development of industry, agriculture and ecological environment. These suggestions will make an important contribution to China's food security, economic security, ecological security, even national security and rural revitalization strategy. As economic hubs, they will also play an important role in such as international trade, new Eurasian continental bridge, China-Japan-South Korea free trade area, Asia-pacific free trade area and the strategy of one belt and one road.

As a rapid prototyping technique in additive manufacturing, 3D printing has the advantage of producing patient-specific devices and enabling customized medical services. Focusing on the standards for additive manufacturing, this paper analyzes the development of its international standard and the framework of general standard system for 3D printing, and introduces the policy, technical committee, provisions for registration and training system. A roadmap for the medical device development in China through combining domestic general standard, application standard and registration testing with the international 3D printing standards is put forward to promote 3D printing in medical field.

In order to make the capability of weapons and equipment to meet the system operational capability requirements, propose an analysis method of system operational capability requirements based on strategic environment. The requirements of combat capability are acquired according to the way of top-down decomposition. And the overall demand is derived from the strategic goal. The value-centered approach is introduced to construct the basic framework of value model. The value model conclude four levels of strategic objectives, operational mission, hierarchy capability and system capability, based on which, the equipment capability mapping method for the system operational capability requirements is given.

The operation test(O&T) standard requirement is analyzed in this paper. Requirement contents including test index, test condition, test data collection, test methods, test procedure,and test documents are respectively studied. Based on the system of systems(SoS) engineering theory, the idea of O&T standard SoS is proposed and its corresponding O&T standard architecture is designed. At last, some proposals for developing O&T standard are given.

The dialectical relationship between theory and practice is a problem that needs attention and research in all fields. The relationship between theory and practice in military field should comply with both general laws and its own characteristics. Firstly, this paper argues that it is a very urgent task to form contemporary clear doctrine of function and to form the theory in a scientific method. Then it analyzes the functions of operational theory from the classic military writings and war history. Finally it explores the scientific method of contemporary formation of operational theory.

Operational experiment is a complicated system engineering project involving a long time span, many departments, intensive resources, and difficult implementation, therefore an operational experiment based on digital assembly line is proposed. Specifically, a basic process of operational experiment oriented to equipment test and evaluation is established; a digital assembly line Meta model covering experimental objects, means, subjects and activities is designed; a software system framework of graphical modeling and B/S operation mode is constructed; conflict detection mechanism, process optimization steps and dynamic adjustment strategy are formulated. The introduction of the digital assembly lineto operational experiment activities can optimize the operational experiment flow and provide support for ensuring the reliability and credibility of equipment test and evaluation results.

New identification method of high water consumption zone in sandstone reservoir

Accurate identification of high water consumption zone is the basis to deal with a variety of inefficient water cycle treatments. Aiming at the high water consumption zone formed during the long-term water injection development of sandstone reservoir, a seepage numerical simulation model with one injection well and one production well of oil-water two-phase is established to analyze the variation characteristics of water cut derivative of production well in the high water consumption zone, and the evaluation indicators of high water consumption zone are also established. A new method for identifying and evaluating high water consumption zone based on the water cut derivative curve characteristics of production well is proposed. The results show that the water cut derivative curve of the production well has a double-peak characteristic when there is a high water consumption zone between the injection and production wells while it has a single-peak characteristic when no high water consumption zone is developed, and that the appearance time and magnitude of the peak reflect the extent to which the injected water rushes along the high water consumption zone. According to the first peak of the water cut derivative curve of the production well between the injection and production wells, the high water consumption zone and its level can be accurately identified and evaluated. The practical application results show that the method is simple and has high accuracy and applicability.

Regulatory T(Treg) cells play a key role in the maintenance of immune homeostasis and immune tolerance. Treg cells can suppress the immune response to neoantigen and autologous antigen to control anti-tumor immunity and autoimmunity. In vitro proliferated natural or modified Treg cells can be adoptively transferred into host to promote beneficial effect or reduce side effect in different inflammatory tissue microenvironments, which may provide new approach and strategy for treating inflammatory diseases.

The development of virtual reality hardware industry has gradually experienced an evolution from conceptual products to consumer products. At present, there are three difficult problems:vertigo, portability and interactivity, which are affecting the popularity of virtual reality hardware products. This article investigates the industrial development status from three aspects of virtual reality hardware industry:parts supplier, equipment manufacturer and equipment distributor in terms of hardware configurations, technical routes, solutions and so on. Then the fundamental reasons for the three major problems are analyzed and the technical standards for breakthroughs are given. Finally, the future development direction of the virtual reality hardware industry is prospected.

With the great success of unconventional oil and gas exploration and development in the world, more and more attention has been paid to the pore structure characteristics of tight rock reservoirs. The soul of unconventional oil and gas research is the reservoir, the goal of which is to answer how much oil and gas is stored in the reservoir. Pores in tight oil reservoirs are the main places for oil and gas storage and percolation, therefore, it is the key and difficult point for unconventional oil and gas research to accurately characterize the microscopic pore structure of reservoirs. This paper classifies the pore structure characterization technologies of tight oil reservoirs, namely experimental data analysis technology, image analysis technology and digital core technology. Each type of characterization technology is summarized, and its test range for pore size, advantage and disadvantage are pointed out. Finally, by reviewing the existing characterization technology, the development trend of microscopic pore structure characterization technology for tight oil reservoirs is further prospected.
