This paper investigates the protective effects of dietary 5'-nucleotides on alcohol-induced kidney injury of mice. A total of 35 specific pathogen free (SPF) male Wistar mice are randomly divided into 5 groups given alcohol, equivalent distilled water or an isocaloric amount of dextrose intragastrically for 8 weeks. The two groups of alcohol-induced rats are fed with AIN-93G rodent diets including 0.04% and 0.16% 5'-nucleotides, respectively. Body weight (bw), renal function indexes and serum concentration of ICAM-1 and PCM-1 are measured, and renal pathologic changes stained by hematoxylin and eosin stain are observed by election microscope. The result shows that dietary 5'-nucleotides can reduce the rise of urinary protein per 24 h and level of blood serum creatinine (SCr) induced by alcohol, as well as the blood urea nitrogen (BUN) in the 0.16% NTs group. And compared to the alcohol group, the endogenous creatinine clearance are decreased significantly in the 0.04% and 0.16% NTs groups. The renal lesions present glomerular mesangium proliferation, inflammatory cell infiltration in tubule-interstitial and vacuolation or swell of renal tubule epithelium in the alcohol group, which are less in both NTs groups. The serum concentrations of ICAM-1 and PCM-1 of NTs groups are also lower than those of the alcohol group. What's more, the expression changes of PCX-1, TGF-β and fibronectin (FN) in kidney induced by alcohol are repaired by NTs supplement. In conclusion, the dietary 5'-nucleotides can protect kidney from injury induced by alcohol in mice.

In view of the fixed sampling rate setting, the problems of under sampling and over sampling in the default sampling mode of Android smartphone sensors are discussed in this paper, and a smartphone sensor signal acquisition software with a custom sampling rate and sampling precision is developed, which can synchronously record the data of the sampling epoch, the time interval and the sensor values. Then, both two power spectrum analysis methods and two displacement signal reconstruction methods of analog acceleration signals are compared and analyzed, and the results show that the L-S method and the frequency-domain integral method can effectively process the non-uniform sampling signal of smartphone sensors with noise. At the end, the acceleration signals of Xuzhou Han Bridge are collected from both smartphones (NX 5 and Mi 3) and a high precision inertial integrated navigation system (SPAN-IGM-A1) used for comparison experiments, and the bridge vibration detection and analysis results verify that the portable and low-cost Android smartphone can be used to conduct the bridge vibration detection.

When using the GIS to construct a watershed ecological evaluation tool, it is of great significance to evaluate the watershed ecological constraints on the development of the hydropower, serving as a reference for the hydropower cascade development. The present paper summarizes the concept model of the ecological constraint assessment. It is shown that the basic indexes for the evaluation of the ecological constraints include three aspects, namely, the environmental status constraint, the species diversity constraint, and the environmental sensitive area constraint. With a process combined analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the GIS, an integrated assessment method for the ecological constraints is proposed. Taking one basin in southwestern China as a sample case, it is shown that the method of the ecological evaluation of the hydropower development based on the GIS proposed in this paper can objectively reflect the spatial condition and the diversity of the ecological constraints on the hydropower development, which allows for a simple and easy operation, and can provide a scientific basis and support for the comprehensive hydropower cascade development in the study area.

Based on the condition of the natural resources in the Qaidam Basin, such as the geography, the climate, the water resources and the halophytes, this paper comprehensively analyzes the resource basis for developing the saline lake agriculture, focusing on the characteristics of the land use and the problems of applications. It is shown that the priority of the Qaidam Basin is to deal with the salinized soil. With the accumulated temperature, the heat resource is rich. Furthermore, the salt water, the brackish water and the plant resources are also very rich in this area. The proportion of the agricultural land in the Qaidam Basin is 0.17%. A large part of the agricultural land is not developed and the abandoned area is large. The grassland area accounts for 46.64%, but with the altitude, the climate, the traffic and other conditions, its use is limited. The proportion of the forest is 2.87%, but with a serious damage. The saline land area accounts for 11.68%, which is rich in the Qaidam Basin, but it is hardly used. The resources in the Qaidam Basin is rich with a huge development potential. So it is suggested to establish an agricultural demonstration district in this area. to be used to develop the salt lake agriculture, as well as to strengthen the study of the halophytes, and rationally to develop and utilize the saline land resources.

The ballistic impact experiments are conducted to investigate the damage of double-spaced aluminum plates impacted by the pressed and sintered PTFE/Al/W reactive material projectile. The experimental results show that a typical KE perforated hole on the front plate is produced by the reactive material projectile impact, whereas the dramatically structural damage with significant deflections and cracks is found in the rear plate, with larger ruptured holes and damage areas, as compared with the front plate. Moreover, the influences of the impact velocity and the plate thickness on the damage of the rear plate are analyzed by using the crack growth theory. The structural damage mechanisms of the rear plate are discussed.
